Also available: a larger website with several pages and a scroll video like this one from €3,599, hosting and care from €59 a month. All prices are final: as a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, I do not charge VAT. You get a fixed quote after a short conversation.
Where the video works: your own website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, your Google Business Profile and links in guest emails or booking confirmations. Airbnb listings themselves only show photos.

How your walkthrough is made

01 Photos
You send me 5 to 10 photos
Your existing listing photos are usually enough. If a room is missing, I tell you exactly which shot helps.

02 Route
I plan the route through the rooms
Where the walkthrough starts, which rooms it shows and where it ends. You approve the route before any video is made.

03 Video
The video is made with AI tools
The movement between your photos is generated. I check every frame so nothing is invented: no extra furniture, no rooms that do not exist.

04 Approval
You approve it
You see the result and get one round of corrections. You receive the video files and can use them everywhere for your rentals.
Questions
What owners ask first.
Will my property look different in the video?
The goal is a video that shows your real rooms. AI tools tend to add details, so I check every video frame by frame, discard versions with invented details and only send you what is accurate.
Do I need new photos?
Usually not. Good listing photos in landscape format work well. Light, tidiness and angle matter more than the camera.
I am not in Germany. Does that matter?
No. Everything happens online: you send photos, we talk by email or video call, and you receive the files. I work in English and German.
What does it cost?
A walkthrough video starts at €349, a website with walkthrough at €1,699. For agencies it is from €349 per property, with a package quote from five properties. After a short conversation you get a fixed quote, with no VAT added.
